How to Place An Order

How To Order:

  • Simply e-mail or phone us with your contact information and the items
    you wish to order, and we will e-mail or mail you an invoice that
    includes delivery/shipping charges and 5.325% sales tax in Missouri
    (if applicable).  

  • Customers may choose to pick up their order at our St. Joseph
    showroom, or ask for delivery/set-up or shipping quotes.  Full payment
    is required before shipping or at the time of delivery.

  • We utilize PayPal for online credit card orders.  PayPal is a secure
    online payment center.  When you contact us either by e-mail or
    phone, we will e-mail you a convenient custom e-mail invoice provided
    by PayPal to complete your order.  And, as always, we are happy to
    take phone orders at (816) 244-4114 and accept Visa, Master Card,
    and Diner's Club cards.

  • We also accept cash and local checks, although orders will not be
    available for pick-up or delivery until payments have cleared the
    bank.  

  • Once you have received your invoice, you may mail it to us along with
    your 50% down payment, or proceed with the Paypal payment
    system.  This will begin the processing of your order.  You will be
    notified that we received your payment along with an invoice copy in
    the mail and the estimated completion date for your order.  Please
    mail your down payment and order information to: P.O. Box 8332,
    Saint Joseph, Missouri  64508.   

To Visit Our Showroom:

  • Please call (816) 244-4114 to set up a showroom appointment.  We
    do our best to schedule appointments around your busy schedule
    which may include any day of the week, morning to evening.  

  • Please keep in mind that the majority of our furniture is not kept in
    stock for you to purchase at the showroom and take home with you,
    so please refer to Our Products for more information.

  • From time to time, we may carry items in our showroom that can be
    purchased on the spot.  There are also times when we may be selling
    discounted display items.  Please feel free to call if you are interested
    in checking on the status of a particular item.

  • We accept Visa, Master Card, or Diner's Club cards at our showroom
    for your convenience.  

  • We also accept cash and local checks, although orders will not be
    available for pick-up or delivery until payments have cleared the
    bank.  

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of your order (by phone or in
    person), and full payment must be made prior to delivery or pick-up.
